Established in 2012 after starting her family, Hayley decided that she no longer wished to work away from home. So after 10 years of working as Cabin Crew for British Airways she returned back to Cornwall to turn her dream into reality.

Now Hayley is known for her attention to detail, straight edges, creative designs and delicious bakes. Designing, creating, making & baking from her purpose built cake studio in Cornwall. Each cake is baked by Hayley, sourcing & supporting other local business wherever possible, using the finest ingredients available.

Her creations have been featured in national & international publications including OK Magazine, Cake Masters Magazine, Weddings Cakes Magazine, You & Your Wedding & Todays Bride. She has also been commissioned to create tutorials for international magazines and ‘Renshaws’ a worldwide icing manufacturer.

In an ever changing environment Hayley feels it’s important to keep up to date with current methods / trends. She has been taught by some of the industries leaders such as: Master Chocolatier & Bake Off’s Creme de la Creme winner Mark Tilling, Sharon Wee, Tracey James of ‘Cotton & Crumbs’, Tracy Rothwell of ‘Little Cherry Cake Company’ & Zoe’s Fancy Cakes!
